What determines the price?
Three things: the tier of features you need, the number of active patient WhatsApp conversations per month, and add-ons like multi-location. We quote every clinic individually so you pay for actual usage — not a padded flat rate.
Does WhatsApp charge per message?
Meta charges per conversation (a 24-hour session), not per message. Rates in India are around ₹0.35–0.65 per conversation depending on category, with 1,000 free conversations per month. A typical small clinic stays well within the free tier. We are transparent about this cost — it is passed through at cost, not marked up.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding, WhatsApp API setup, and template submission are included. Professional and Enterprise also include a dedicated onboarding call to get you live within a week.
Can I try before committing long-term?
Yes. We do not require a long-term contract upfront. Your first 30 days include hands-on onboarding support. If it is not working for your clinic, say so and we will work it out.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or add modules as your clinic grows. We prorate changes so you are never double-charged.
